AlterG simulator

The AlterG simulator is an anti-gravity treadmill for rehabilitation of patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous and cardiovascular systems. The simulator reduces the load on the joints and musculoskeletal system of the patient up to 80% of the weight.

Thanks to the feedback system, the use of the AlterG device at the early stages of rehabilitation ensures the correct biomechanics of walking and running. In sports medicine, the system is used to train endurance and speed-strength qualities.


INTENDED USE OF THE SIMULATOR

Classes on the anti-gravity track are indicated to patients:
• With walking disorders as a result of brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, mono- and polyneuropathies, spinal and neural amyotrophy.
• Those who have undergone surgery on the joints of the lower extremities or with injuries of joints of the lower extremities.
• Those who need of cardiac rehabilitation after a myocardial infarction or as a result of coronary heart disease.
• With a high risk of cardiovascular diseases for their prevention.
• Suffering from arthrosis and arthritis caused by various causes – after the removal of the acute pain phase.
• With severe obesity.


Using the AlterG system, we can create individual training programs for each patient:
• Create personalized interval training plans: change the rate, unloading and angle of inclination of the deck according to the needs of each individual patient
• Change training parameters in real time.
