PrimusRS simulator
The PrimusRS simulator is a universal complex for functional assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system. The device has more than 20 specialized adapters and attachments for simulating various everyday and professional actions, both for isolated training and for complex movements in all motor planes. Training and test data are recorded to assess the progress of the treatment.
PrimusRS is used for:
• increasing the amplitude of movement in the joints of the upper and lower extremities, muscle strength, endurance
• purposeful training of an individual joint
• restoration of professional skills (simulation of work/production situations)

INDICATIONS FOR TESTING AND TRAINING
◾ Disorders of the musculoskeletal system:
- Fractures of the upper and lower extremities in the post-immobilization period
- Conditions after arthroplasty, tendon repair
- Pathology of the shoulder girdle muscles
- Inflammatory diseases, i.e., bursitis, tendinitis, arthritis (remission)
- Back injuries/diseases
◾ Diseases caused by cumulative trauma, damage due to prolonged stretching:
Peripheral nerve diseases:
- Nerve compression
- Nerve repair surgery
Neurological diseases and injuries:
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Spinal cord injuries
- Multiple sclerosis
- Acute cerebrovascular accident
◾ Neuromuscular diseases:
- Muscular dystrophy
- Cerebral palsy
◾ Diseases of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems
◾ Burns
◾ Amputations of the upper and lower extremities (the development of a stump may be the purpose of treatment)
